With more than 20 years in diverse roles and a strong background in managing online communication within the disability sector, I bring reliable support to ensure your participant and staff communications are handled professionally and efficiently. I understand the importance of truly listening to the needs of everyone involved. My Diploma in Counselling has further enhanced my ability to understand different perspectives and communicate effectively, whether online, in person, or on the phone.

Being positive outcome focused and process savvy, I effectively manage those enquiries and calls, ensuring smooth communication and providing the necessary information. My priority is always to foster supportive interactions for your participants, staff and carers - especially when you're unable to respond immediately.

Furthermore, to free up your time, we can discuss other admin tasks as required, such as the onboarding of new staff and following up on overdue invoices. That's the benefit of a month-to-month contract – you can assign more tasks one month and scale back the next, allowing my services to fit into your budget.

(+initial setup fee)
Our initial setup fee, starting at $300, covers essential onboarding, including familiarisation with your platforms and marketing strategies. This dedicated time ensures we thoroughly understand participant needs and your team, enabling us to deliver effective, tailored services for a successful partnership. The specific fee depends on the setup's duration.

The min package is for 7 hours per week, this can be utilised across all services.

Invoices are issued one month in advance for payment.

Detailed records of time and completed tasks are maintained.
