Monthly Package
Starting at $300 weekly, monthly packages offer a minimum 7-hour allocation of flexible time that can be spread out amongst various parts of any of the services, with records provided. While 7 hours is the base minimum, your business may require more, which will be discussed and agreed upon during your consultation. Once your minimum hours are met, you will be notified. Any extra hours needed for that month will simply be added to your next invoice.

Rostering: I can create participant and staff rosters. However, my involvement in handling staff roster issues on a daily basis would impact allocated hours and this can be discussed at our consultation. We need to clarify if my role is solely creation, or includes staff liaison.​

Recruitment: I'm passionate about finding the right staff, respecting participant choice and control. For recruitment, we need to define if my role includes only advertising, encompassing traditional methods like Seek (using your account) or also social media. We also need to determine if my responsibilities extend to conducting interviews via calls and Zoom, or if you need me to simply filter out the best choices and send them through to you. This will be part of our agreed contract and time allocation. My role can evolve with your business needs.

Customer Service: Divert calls to me during absences or meetings for uninterrupted coverage. This service can also handle customer service through social media messaging, emails, and even scheduling your important meetings etc. This service can be extended to many more tasks, which we can discuss at consultation.

Social Media: Social media offers versatile recruitment and customer enquiry solutions for disability services. I can manage your social media presence and handle initial enquiries, integrating with your marketing through regular, brand-enhancing posts. My level of involvement is discussed at consultation and can be scaled as needed.
Intial Set Up Fee
An initial setup fee, starting from $300, is in place. This covers the essential steps of onboarding your business and becoming familiar with your operational platforms. This may also include any additional social media and website tasks should they be needed. Crucially, this fee also allows us the dedicated time needed to thoroughly understand your participants' individual needs and get to know your current team. This foundational understanding is key to delivering an effective and tailored service that supports a successful partnership. The specific fee will depend on the time required for this initial setup, with a minimum of 7 hours allocated.
Invoicing
Monthly invoices are issued for payment in advance. In the event that extra service hours are needed within that month, we will first seek your agreement on the additional time. Any approved extra hours will then be included on your next month's invoice, ensuring you are always aware of and agree to any additional charges.
Terms

​​​​Contract: No lock-in contracts; services are billed monthly. Please provide notice if you wish to discontinue. Any accrued extra hours in the final month will be included in the last invoice.

Consultation: Once you've decided my service is a good fit, I offer a 1-hour free consultation. During this time, we can discuss your immediate needs and your future plans for the growth of your business to see how I can best work for you. Following this, we can plan the setup and move forward.

Overdue Invoices: For efficient commencement of our services, payment for the agreed base hours is required at the start of each month. Work for that month will begin once this advance payment has been processed.

Agreement Changes: Our agreement can begin with the minimum hours discussed during your consultation. You'll receive clear records of my time and tasks. Any additional hours will be clearly added to the following month's invoice. Conversely, if your initial hour allocation appears to be more than needed, we can easily adjust it downwards.
